Transform your life when you become a certified yoga teacher!
Are you ready for change?
I’m here to help you grow your wings!
Learn to fly and teach vinyasa and aerial yoga in the lush jungles of Costa Rica! This training will take place in Nosara, Costa Rica, which is known for it’s spiritual community worldwide. The center itself is the most stunning in the area with 2 separate beautiful shalas, luxurious accommodations, and delicious, healthy meals served daily.
Lindsay Nova, the director of this yoga school, Samanova Yoga, will be joined by international staff to make this course a well-rounded and thorough study of yoga from a variety of perspectives. Combined, the teachers have over 20 years of experience and emphasize that the practice of yoga is more than just exercise, it is a lifestyle. This is a great place to deepen your understanding of yoga, develop your own personal practice, and of course, how to teach it to others.
Spaces are limited to just 10 students to ensure quality instruction and ample time for questions and individual feedback.
You will learn how to sequence a yoga class as well as history and philosophy. You will also learn basic inversions in aerial yoga and how to spot them in classes. Our training also has a focus on safety and proper rigging, which is essential when teaching aerial yoga!
You will walk away from this training with not only all the skills necessary to ensure you are ready to teach yoga on a professional level, but also with a transformed body and mind to stay motivated in following your soul purpose.
All levels are welcome on this course, even if you do not plan to teach right away, because we believe yoga is for everyone. Are you ready to follow your heart? Join us today in paradise for this special yoga training that will change your life for the better.

Your Teachers
Lindsay Nova
Lindsay is a traveling yoga teacher and performance artist who believes in empowering people to live their dreams. No dream is too big! She began her practice as a teenager in dance school and went onto to receive her yoga teaching certificate in 2007 among other studies in Pilates and Reiki. Her greatest inspirations are moving the body, which she loves to do through vinyasa and as a life-long aerial arts dancer. She has created this program to combine the beauty and grace of breath and movement through vinyasa and aerial yoga as a method for healing and overcoming limiting beliefs.
Customized Instruction For Every Student
I’ll work with each of you during and after the training, to help you enjoy the experience and be able to share it with your own students.
Testimonials
What People Are Saying
Lindsay Nova makes the course fun with her playful energy and her professional instruction ensure that we are all safe.
Some have asked me, “Why aerial yoga? Why not regular yoga” This approach is much gentler for those who have had injuries and surgeries, but it is still hard work, making the body stronger while lengthening muscles and tendons to help avoid future injuries. For me, it is like being back in the dance studio, only up a little higher… which is way more fun!
Restorative aerial yoga, which uses a lower height, is also good for people who suffer from chronic pain issues such as fibromyalgia or arthritis. I have seen my body evolve into a much healthier being with not only a stronger core but with more muscular legs and arms, too. I’m very pleased with my progress and my healthier me!
Lindsay is an extremely knowledgeable instructor, she is kind, open and understanding. The environment she created was so supportive, and it was honestly some of the best weeks of my life. I look forward to hopefully one day furthering my skill set with her. Thank you again Lindsay!
