Lindsay Nova, the director of this accredited Yoga Alliance school, Samanova Yoga, is joined by international staff to make this online course a well-rounded and thorough study of yoga from a variety of perspectives. Combined, the teachers have over 20 years of experience and emphasize that the practice of yoga is more than just exercise, it is a lifestyle. This is a great place to deepen your understanding of yoga, develop your own personal practice, and of course, how to teach it to others.
Spaces are limited to ensure quality instruction and ample time for questions and individual feedback.
You will explore different styles of yoga including vinyasa, hatha, aerial & yin. You will learn how to sequence a yoga class as well as history and philosophy. You will also learn basic inversions in yoga and how to spot them in classes.
You will walk away from this training with not only all the skills necessary to ensure you are ready to teach yoga on a professional level, but also with a transformed body and mind to stay motivated in following your soul purpose.
All levels are welcome on this course, even if you do not plan to teach right away, because we believe yoga is for everyone. Are you ready to follow your heart? Join us today online for this special yoga training that will change your life for the better.

Lindsay Nova, Lead Instructor
Lindsay Nova’s life mission is to help others find their wings and FLY! As a full-time traveling aerial yoga teacher, she loves spreading the joy of yoga and aerial all over the world through her specially curated teacher training immersion programs that cultivate positive transformation.
Yoga found Lindsay at a young age as a teenager while she was studying at a contemporary dance intensive. She completed her teacher training at the age of 22 and holds a BFA in Dance. Her teaching over the last decade has taken her on various residencies around the world and within the United States.
Now Lindsay is currently based in Southeast Asia and is a traveling yogini, author, performance artist, and leading international yoga teacher trainer. Her lifelong practice of yoga and meditation, combined with her background as a dancer, aerialist, and academic, enables her to share her authentic life experiences from the heart to inspire growth and change in her students.
After a shoulder injury from performing aerial in 2016, she created her aerial yoga program to heal herself and now teaches her method worldwide. She has founded 2 yoga training programs, Rising Wings Aerial Yoga and the Samanova School of Yoga, with courses taught on 4 continents. Her book, The Happiness Playbook, is available on Amazon and she has written for dozens of publications and happy clients throughout the internet for over 5 years.
Her teaching style is a fusion of contemporary movement with traditional wisdom, which always contains a spark of creativity (shakti!) with deep intention. She honors the body as a sacred vessel to explore this world with and uses her spiritual practice to help others peel away the layers of their being to understand their own personal power and role in life, or dharma. She bows deeply to all of her teachers for the wisdom and inspiration they have passed on to her, which she continues to ignite in others.

What People Are Saying
Some have asked me, “Why aerial yoga? Why not regular yoga” This approach is much gentler for those who have had injuries and surgeries, but it is still hard work, making the body stronger while lengthening muscles and tendons to help avoid future injuries. For me, it is like being back in the dance studio, only up a little higher… which is way more fun!
Restorative aerial yoga, which uses a lower height, is also good for people who suffer from chronic pain issues such as fibromyalgia or arthritis. I have seen my body evolve into a much healthier being with not only a stronger core but with more muscular legs and arms, too. I’m very pleased with my progress and my healthier me!
“Lindsay is a passionate teacher who cares about her students’ growth in teaching yoga and yogic philosophy. She is kind and makes herself accessible to her students so that she can answer course questions. Her background in Dance, Pilates, Circus Arts, and Yoga radiates through her explorative personality. Her approach to teaching is supportive. Lindsay makes each student feel valued while she encourages students to improve so that they may teach her curriculum in their own “authentic voice”.
Lindsay lives the life of a true yogi. She is disciplined in spiritual and physical yogic practices. She truly promotes love and kindness. After completing Oracle Yin Yoga and Rising Wings Aerial Yoga Yoga with Lindsay I was inspired to go on to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with her Yoga Alliance school, Samanova Yoga. I found that introducing Lindsay’s meditation techniques into my life on a more regular basis to be transformative. Her courses challenge me to live my best life. I am grateful for Lindsays Nova’s unique education in Yoga and blessed to continue to learn from her.”
