Online Rising Wings Restorative Yin Online Teacher Training Certification Course

During this course, We are going to cover all the restorative poses, break down yin theory vs restorative, go over the meridian theory energy body for yin yoga, anatomy for yin, fascia and the nervous system, using props, using the hammock at lower heights, plus 3 class flows to follow along with all the tutorials.

We will meet over our live weekend for lots of juicy practice teaching and going over the manual, sequencing & more! Aerial yogis always have a great time coming together!
