There’s no better time than the present moment to pause and take a deep breath. Enjoy 3 days of live online breathwork training in traditional pranayama practices derived from the yogic science of India during October 23-25th.

The Sanskrit word pranayama translates to the control and expansion of life force energy. The ancient yogi’s knew the closest way to connect to prana, life force energy, was through the breath and internal practices of yoga such as bandhas, mudras, kriyas, and meditation. In the modern world, we now know that the breath controls the nervous system to regulate peace & calm. The breath is both a spiritual and physiological tool you can use for your own self mastery and understanding in the changing world of the 21st century.
