30-Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

with Lindsay Nova in Koh Phangan, Thailand

September 25-30th, 2019

Become an aerial yoga teacher on a magic crystal island in Thailand!

Are you ready for change?

I’m here to help you grow your wings!

Learn to fly and teach aerial yoga in beautiful paradises around the world! Take flight into new realms of possibility in your body and mind through the practice of aerial yoga in our intimate, small-group healing environment.

The focus of this training will be based on how to create a safe and fun class container through aerial yoga. In our daily classes, we will move through sensual postures, breathwork exercises, and meditations designed to get you in touch with your inner child and move through limiting beliefs. Today’s modern world often feels so rushed and now it is YOUR time to fly & shine!

You will learn basic inversions and how to spot them in classes. Our training also has a focus on safety and proper rigging, which is essential when teaching aerial yoga!

Your daily classes will be complemented by workshops in partner aerial yoga, flips & tricks, and restorative aerial yoga. Additionally, you will learn the latest in spotting, adjustments, & safety technique! Our students love this part!

Stretch deeper into yoga poses through the use of the yoga swing and natural gravity. It is a fun and playful practice, sure to leave you energized and feeling good.

Testimonials

What People Are Saying

“I completed my aerial teacher training with Lindsay in Sri Lanka in May and the overall experience was incredible. From the very beginning stages of planning the trip all the way through the end of the training program, she was there to help answer questions, give advice/ suggestions and share her knowledge and bright personality with us all. I would recommend working with her to anyone interested in aerial yoga. She creates a very safe, supportive and fun learning environment for her students!”

I learned that flexibility is more accessible through the use of a hammock in an aerial yoga or anti-gravity based class. I doubted initially that I could do some of the poses and with proper guidance was able to overcome the doubt and surprise myself.

The best part of the training was how well the poses were conveyed, shown and taught to me. I can confidently replicate and now teach anything from the manual that Lindsay provided me and look forward to doing so.

Thank you to Lindsay for the week of enlightenment through movement. I was able to experience partner aerial yoga, acro yoga, and of course aerial yoga instruction both given and received.
